I’m starting it now with goals and thoughts. It’s not a New Years resolution it’s a Charlene sort your shit out and feel good about yourself again but you like cheese and its Christmas and Christmas must have cheese and Prosecco because you like that too so start after it hahahah
Weight ... not in a great place but better than this time last year so not too bad. I dip in and out of bad food which is keeping me ‘level’ I think but food at works sucks big time.
Fitness ... total flop. Dipped in and out of some boxing fitness classes which I love but my buddy can’t go any more and she understands my broken shoulder, tried going back to CrossFit but can’t justify the time or I’m too tired therefore wasn’t worth it and I’ve had the occasional run (the word run is used lightly
). I work 2 days on 4 days off nd I go home exhausted, really doesn’t help then I want a lie in.
OHHHH and my home mini gym is set up at last, only been last couple of week. I have done 2 sessions but I am struggling to motivate myself (obviously LOL) and work out some routines in a smaller space, I feel I need help but not sure where to get some programmes dedicated to just me so each sessions works with the equipment I have.
ALSOOOOO ... target jeans are found.
Will update more thoughts and targets as I think of them! Right now I can honestly just say I feel shit about myself and massively fatigue.
