hahaha! yeah like 'oh well what a shame!'
because we completed our 500,000 km group challenge last week we got to set our PT a challenge and shes doing tyre flip & burpee up to 20 and back down again (400 tyre flips, 400 burpees in total). I did it to 10 last week and almost vommed. nothing worse in my opinion!
Should be fun watching her do it though haha!

Must have turned the alarm off ... oh well lot's to do today before school run and Football club so I won't be doing anything to make up for it!

I've just stopped giving myself a hard time when the body says no. Happy with 'my time' when I go but also an extra hour in bed is welcome too

Best make that 3 rest days ... I’d already decided I didn’t want to rock in this morning and tomorrow I can’t go. If I have time I’ll do some wallballs, swings etc in the garden!

Just coming to the end of AF, it always wipes me at some point. An extra an hour with no alarm. I hate that point where your body wakes up naturally and there ends up being no real lie in

A very bad weekend for my besties 40th birthday but no regrets.
No training this morning but in tomorrow, again no regrets.

I've not been committed to my workouts but I have been very active on my feet and not sat at the computer every day and I know I've lost weight ... my shape is coming back again and I've had a few people comment which vs the scales is enough for me
I start a new job in Sept. I'm away for 2 weeks apart from weekends so I may have to take some equipment with me.
Food is mostly good and lot's of water.
