A day off ... A free choice meal - What have you had?
Who has them?
I am following a food plan which insists on one meal a week to have, quote " free choice (yes, we're serious- anything that you really want!)" guilt free lol but it does fall in with the low, high, very high carb day cycling I am doing.
Naughty but guilt free last week I had a roast dinner on Sunday without guilt I had white potatoes and Yorkshire puddings then I shared some Cadburys cake with the kids.
My naughty but guilt free meal this weekend just gone was a pizza from sainsburys, garlic bread, spicy wedges and some soured cream... I also had a brownie from a stall at the local fete.
What about you ?

Sounds like a good choice.
I think mine would be veggie pizza and garlic bread.
pudding would be cheesecake or choc fudge cake and ice-cream.

I really don't know how I'd choose. I think it would have to be a juicy steak (with fat!), fried chips and all the trimmings. Followed by choc fudge sundae. Heaven!

I think I would have a cheese and onion pie with buttery mash then a sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee sauce and custard for pud.
The problem where I am is that they only do cheese and onion pasties so I'd have to go home to have my cheat meal.

I would choose a curry. Chicken madras, chips and a naan. Full on carbs!

Hot choc fudge has to be one for my cheat meal ... it was my favourite cake back before I changed my ways served with hot custard mmmm maybe I should request this for my birthday end of month!
Friday was my 'anything' meal. I had chili carne with white rice and lots of soured cream #mmmm I also had some ice cream #drool
I #love the fact I am told to have this meal!

I did have a scoop of allowed ice-cream (walls light) the other night with warm mashed banana and honey - it really hit the spot.
Your ice-cream looks loads better mind you! haha
I still really want pizza and garlic bread - kids had pizza the other night and I was drooling.. just as well I can't even bite a bean! lol
