I think you need support, maybe going to slimming world.
I might be good to plan out your meals, slimming world would help that.
Sample day or eating (be good to yourself, eat tasty things)
Breakfast: 3 eggs e.g. scrambled on toast = 350 cals
Lunch: marks and spencer fuller longer Lochmuir salmon with soy & ginger = 395 cals
Snack: 30 pistachios = 100 cals
Dinner: marks and spencer pulled pork and chipotle soup = 195 cals
= 1040 calories
Still really hungry?
Drink water/sparkling water with lemon/tea/coffee (not diet drinks though)
Still really hungry?
Tesco Reduced Fat Houmous eaten with carrotts
Still really hungry?
Eat strawberries or an apple or a pear or a kiwi
What you're still hungry?
Bowl of porridge with raisins and some whole milk
