I've list all motivation, concentration and energy in my short weight loss journey. My weight has Plato'd and I don't have the fine or mental strength to plan meals and cook them.
The kids aren't interested so I feel I have to cook them separate meAls and if the mother in law collects them from school/childcare and feeds us it's high fat food.
I want so done to plan
Someone to do the shopping
Someone to cook
I'm ok feeding myself though
