sorry I've not been on in ages! Life's majorly got in the way and I'm either too tired or busy to get on. My eating's been quite rubbish too, although because I've been really active, my weight's stayed stable and I'm hovering between 8st9 and 8.11!
Definitely back on it though, I've got a couple of weddings this month and I'd quite like to tighten up before then at least a little and my 10k's next month
I'm poorly again though
an infected tooth this time and the pain's been horrific, I've been waking up in pain!
The plan is to eat better and not just throw things in the oven and to go running at least 3 times a week, which I really, really need to do! Off to catch up on what I've missed now!
