Really unimpressed! I posted in my journal the other day about having hurt my back, it was like a trapped nerve type pain down by my hip. I did some back stretching yoga which did help temporarily, but the pain has speak down my hip and into the muscles at the top of my thigh
still possibly a trapped nerve, but definitely feels more muscular.
Trying a nice hot bath to relieve it, but exercise is out for the rest of the week, I can't even touch my toes without it pulling. I was really looking forward to the gym and am not going to be able to do any of my yoga either
Worst part is I know how I've done it and it's all my own fault!
