Well helloooo!!
Someone's been very useless at getting their arse on here haven't they?! been very busy and life's very much got in the way!
I'm in need of a massive boost up the arse and some support getting myself back in gear. I've been stress eating and have gained a stone, which I've been trying to lose for the last 6 months plus I feel hideous and am stuck in a cycle of losing a few lbs and gaining it straight back. I've realised today that half the problem is I'm not doing much cardio any more, so now the weather's getting better, I'm going to be trying to get back our running 3 days a week along with at least 2 yoga sessions and a body pump!
Hope everyone's well!

Kick ass done.
Come on you can do it. Once we get side tracked it is easy to say sod it but your better than that. Don't let it get the better of you. Get out there even if it's just walking for a few days before you start running again.

That's properly made me grin! I'm about to drag myself out for a run now. It's not even 8am on a Saturday morning! But I set my alarm early so I could get up and go before work. It's a lovely sunny morning and hopefully it'll set me up nicely for my day!

I feel properly back on it today and in the right frame of mind! Run was great, I ran so much further that I expected and didn't have to stop!
Just had my breakfast at work, was running late so grabbed an old pasta sauce pot and filled it with fat free natural yoghurt, muesli and stewed rhubarb! So nice!

I'm usually quite restrained, but the pasties were calling to me! Unfortunately my sister's a baker, which means she's always temping Me with things!
