What would be your best advices for other to start a new life style ?
For me is :
Yes you can do it ! and sign up for something to get you moving !
The best choice for myself i ever made was to sign for my first race ( Race for life ) almost 6 months before the race .
I had a goal so keep me motivated to stay on track with my eating habits and i had to get my butts moving so i could train for the race.
What is your advices?
