Have you signed up to the website yet and accessed the Syns online section?
I would advise not looking at the sugar and calories in things, as it can get confusing when you are looking for the syn value of something.
The only things I would look at the syn value of when trying to work out Syns are things like chocolate, crisps, cakes, biscuits, etc. That have no free food in them at all. In this case, you can then count 20 calories as 1 syn. E.g. Something with 46 calories would be 2.5 Syns (always round up)
Back to your original question, the syn values below are for the quantity in the brackets, so for the strawberry flavoured fat free Onken yogurt, it is 5.5 Syns for the whole 450g pot.
Does that make sense?
