Hi! I want to make sweet n sour chicken and wondered about the syn values of ketchup and puree. The ketchup I would use would be Heinz tomato ketchup and the puree would be homemade ie only tomatoes, skinned and cooked down until thick. Does anyone know which would have the least syns please? Also this would be my first time EVER using canderel (which someone kindly brought me from the UK) - has anyone used this in a sauce instead of sugar? Does it work? Also tempted to use honey for thickness instead of cornflour - how many syns in a tbsp please? I'm desperate to make this as I loooove Chinese food! Many thanks x
