I don't do Slimming World but here are a few.............
Easy Garlic Dip
1/2 pot of Quark
2 tbsp of Very Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
Plenty of salt & ground black pepper
Blend all ingredients together.
Hummus Dip
Puree a tin of chick peas (drained), with 2 cloves of garlic. Stir in 2 tbsp of very low fat natural yoghurt. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Syn Free Fresh Salsa
Two large red onions, finely chopped
5 large fresh, ripe tomatoes (the sweeter the better), finely chopped
1 red chilli finely chopped (deseeded, depending on if you like it very hot or not!)
Chop all ingredients, mix together and season with salt & pepper.
For an extra kick add a splash of Tabasco sauce!
Cucumber & Mint dip
Half cucumber evenly chopped
Pack of fresh mint leaves – finely chopped
200g Very Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
