Hi,iv been doing sw on and off for a few years now,tried ww a few months back but didn’t really work for me,from mid November to to mid January I was off plan and gained 5 lb,started sw almost 2 weeks ago,expecting a big loss first week! No..I agained 3lb,I could cry I’m so upset,thought to myself don’t give up,weighed today almost 2 weeks in and another lb on,I’m so upset,how can I gain 5lb eating what I want for 2 months and then gain almost the equivalent in 2 weeks on plan,someone please help me I feel so sh*t about myself x
