I have forgotten how long I have been on a diet supposedly so last night I took myself off to SW for the first time in 5 years. I now have 5 stone to lose which is the figure I have chosen.
This being the first day I started off enthusiastic and raring to go but I think this lunch time I really didnt eat enough (Tesco Healthy Living Meal). What do you all have at work to graze on? Need to stop this hunger or I know it will be biscuits and scones.
