Romantic syn free dinner......
Morning everyone
So I'm away sat until Sunday, wanted to do bit of a romantic evening tonight with hubby and wandered if there was any syn free meals you've tried recently that stood out? I usually do steak & sw chips (my fave one ha)
Can anyone suggest anything? I usually have syn free day and a hot choc & freddo for my Syns xxxx

Morning!
Boyfriend made a syn-free prawn risotto for me last week that went down a treat. I can ask him for a link to the recipe if that sounds good to you?

Here you go: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/p...rocket-risotto
Boyfriend halved the recipe as it was just for us two, skipped the onion as I'm allergic, and skipped the fennel because neither of us like it, and used spinach instead of rocket. He also didn't use the olive oil, which kept it syn-free.
It turned out great, and seems like a recipe you really can make your own.

I must admit I do enjoy steak and SW chips but there is a lovely salmon and fill tray fake if you fancy a fish fish for a change!
