Yes that's right
Some bits of advice I'd point out would be:
-ensure you've got at least 1/3 of your plate as Speed foods (marked with an 'S' in your book or on the website and also 1/3 Protein ('P' foods)
-drink plenty of water (not including tea & coffee)
-use at least 5 syns per day. People think that not using them will make them lose more, which is very likely for the first week, but the losses won't continue in the same way for very long
-eat the pasta/rice/potatoes in moderation. Measure out your portions and make sure they don't fill more than 1/3 of your meal.
-measure your healthy extra choices. going over on your 35g cheese allowance by 5g per day can add 6 syns on across the week, which doesn't sound like a lot, but if you've used all your 15 syns each day on toher things, it soon mounts up
You will get you head around it, it just takes a little getting used to
