Kbean - that's fantastic, 4 stone gone!!!! It's funny, my doctor told me that the mid fat on the belly is from too much carb. I think if it's done right - like what you've done, that blows that myth out of the water! Impressive!

Haha, still have a wobbly tummy, so your doctor might be right! I am currently reducing my portion sizes at the moment hoping it might shrink it!

I have only ever done Green days and have lost 8.5 stone, and kept it off for over 2 years so it definitely can be done!

I'm sorry I keep asking if this food or that food is free on a green or red day. Does anyone know where I can buy the OLD red and green books?

I'm not sure how old they'll go (or how much they'll be!) but they're usually available on EBay.

I've seen them on ebay and also Amazon, they're not particularly cheap. Have you tried Pinterest for recipes? Or even googling it? There are some fantastic blogs out there

I'm on Pinterest all the time for recipes. Yes, I'll probably have to shop around a bit for the books I need. I haven't gone into depth with searching for it on the internet. I found Social Slimmers that way!
