I don't syn chewing gum or mints. I only ever have one chewing gum every few days, and mints I only get Sugar free polos, and they're 4 syns for the entire tube, and I only ever have a couple a day so it's hardly going to make an impact! Chewing gum (Wrigleys Extra pellets) is 0.5 syns per 5 pieces anyway, so I don't bother with that.
I never syn meds either. Although generally if I'm that ill, I end up eating whatever I fancy, whether its a salad or a bag of crisps.
I don't treat myself after WI either. I never really have I don't think. But then again, once I get home from WI and cook my tea, it's almost 9 when I sit down to eat, so I go to bed not long after!
