Weighing out pasta or rice

I never weigh mine... maybe I should lol.
I just try to make sure I have my 3rd speed to go with it x

I have never weighed it out but I balance the meal out so I have plenty of other things on my plate so the portion is naturally not that large (and I will only eat until I'm full and eat everything else on the plate before the pasta/rice)

Hi loubylou in our house we call that saving the best til last lol we eat the veg or salad first then all the good stuff 😊. Good on you stopping when your full my mindset which isn't very good is I've made it in eating it. That's probaley why I'm here 😐

i don't tend to weigh pasta, I just tip in what i think is enough, same goes with cous cous, with rice I am lazy and buy boil in the bag, so that's weighed out for me already

I always weigh it out as I find things like rice so hard to estimate!

I never weigh out rice, I use the 150g cook in the bag packs front the supermarkets & have lost 1st,2lb since started

I found one of those little coloured cups my kid drinks from holds 75g perfectly so I just keep filling that up each time. Saves getting the scales out each meal.
