That's a good idea. I snacked on veggies and fruit yesterday and it did help. However, I'm still worried about calories. I reached around 2000 yesterday and I was mostly eating speedy foods.
I contacted my course leader as I'm worried about it and she said not to worry about calories. Just make sure 1/3 of your plate is speed foods.

It's hard getting your head around the fact that you can eat so much and still lose weight. I tthink that's why SW works for so many people. It's more sustainable.
You'll be fine as long as your sticking to your syns and weighing your HEx

Hi, welcome, Looby! That's amazing that you started in the 20sts! How have you been finding it? You've lost so much!
I weighed myself today. I shouldn't have, but according to my scales, I've lost 8lbs since last weigh in! This is definately working then! :-)

Thanks, JaquiE
Bringing up your post about the SW hummus, I made two batches of it. One was just the plain recipe and the other was with roasted onion.
I find you need to add an extra tbsp of the yogurt and I prefer it with only 1tbsp of lemon juice. It's nice with the onion! Although, I would like to try caremelised next time.
A batch would take up a serving bowl and is about 200 calories, so you could have that as one of your non-speed servings.

I'm going to make some at the weekend, unless I get a chance to make some tonight. Love the idea of the roasted onion one - that was one of my favourite flavours of the shop ones. Might try and make a variety - maybe add some chilli and have a spicy one too. Thanks for the post Mischa, you've got my mind working now

Lol I think you've just made me want to make some more aswell now. Garlic and roast pepper would be nice. Let me know how yours goes.
