Is the NEW Slimming World EE plan different to the old one?
Was just saying Hi to a thread in the intros forum and someone said they are on the NEW EE plan.
Has the EE plan changed?
I've been doing slimming world from home and have books from 2013. I know that they've stopped doing the original and green plans in the newer books, but can I still use my old pre 2015 books or should I get up-to-date?

Essentially, no it hasn't changed. All your free foods are still free, and the syns are virtually the same as they used to be (with the odd exception as there always is!)
The main thing that is different now, is that there is no longer 'Superfree' foods. They are still free, but it's now changed to 'Speed' foods - as far as I remember, most of the things that used to show in the old book as 'Superfree' are now 'Speed'
Fruit & Veg are your 'Speed' foods, and your meats, beans and pulses are 'Protein' foods.
Does this make sense? I hope I'm explaining it right!

Ooh, I am glad I stumbled across this - I thought speed foods were what used to be superfree - i.e. the non-starchy veg and fruit (i.e. no sweetcorn, peas or bananas etc) so when it said 'you should have 1/3 speed food on your plate I have not counted things like peas, only less stodgy veg like cabbage and broccoli.
Does this make sense? Have I got this wrong.

You're right superfree are now speed, which makes it easier for those who still follow the plan and don't attend classes
Peas, sweetcorn, banana's, grapes, etc. are still free, just not speed foods
