Ah, I see. I have a huge appetite, so EE works well for me, although saying that, as I've lost weight, I have started to reduce my carb intake and up my speed foods. I guess the plan has just steered me away from the high syn foods, and focusses me more on the Free / Speed foods.
You know what works best for you, and if the more disciplined approach that the Red/Green days give you are best for you, then go for it.
