Eggs are a fantastic way of getting protein but high in cholesterol. I just went to read up on it a little and found:
Quote:
One large egg only has 5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, which you could fit into your daily diet. However, the same egg has 186 milligrams of cholesterol. Your cholesterol consumption should stay under 300 milligrams daily

I am on a high protein food plan and on one day I have scrambled eggs made with 2 yolks 3 whites which takes me over but you have above doubled the recommended intake according to the info I found ... I wouldn't worry about it though, it's done so just be more aware in the future?
I had a great start with Slimming World but I didn't agree with how vague they are about the 'free' foods, never really thought about the eggs because I only really ate them scrambled but now I eat them more.
Think I'm going to look into it further.
