I do mainly Red days, but have also been struggling for new ideas as I keep having ham and HEB cheese omlettes or chicken salads! Then I vary it with 4 Ryvitas HEB with VLF cottage cheese
Recently I've been buying those Blue Dragon sachet sauces for stir fry and I have been cooking that for lunch (approx 6 1/2 syns per sachet depending on which sauce you buy so you will need to check the syns) with either beef added or chicken. Then I add the stir fry veg and extra mushrooms.
On Green days I cook a large batch of Quorn bolognaise and freeze some of it in tubs. Then I can have it with pasta, jacket potato or Uncle Bens Mexican rice (these are syns though!) for a change.
