This is the first time I've joined a slimming plan.
The most cost to me was buying the cupboard essentials.
Having to cook from scratch I needed spices, fry light, stock ect.
Buying my meat from my local butcher wasnt necessarily cheaper but you got lots more for your money.
I dont go for leaner cuts as I cut the fat off myself.
I bulk cook to keep cost's down and also saving on time when im on later shifts at work. Just grab something out of the freezer and ding it
