Hi all, new to slimming world and Really trying to make sure I get my head around it. Wanted some advice on whether my general day to day eating is on plan?
Breakfast:
2 x weetabix (b choice)
Vanilla muller light
Raspberries on top
Lunch:
Roasted veg
5% mince cooked in chopped tomatoes/ quorn meatballs cooked similar way
After work: I do an hour bike road home so tend to need a snack when I get in either fruit or some free quorn product e.g ham
Dinner:
Roasted veg
Jacket potato with beans and cheese (a choice)
In the evening I tend to have a snack of either wotsits (4.5 syns) OR a 2 finger kit kat (5.5)
Obviously dinner is some kind of alternative but generally speed food with free foods.
I’m worried about portion size and whether I’m getting that right.
Any advice would be great. Thank you all!
