1 pound down - however it's been a bad week which I need to get a hold of because this is what scuppered me last time. I think I can bring it back - I need to be prepared no matter how tired I am!! I'm going to plan my meals for the week right now and hold on to this loss.

Kazoo Master I have had a similar week, I also lost 1 lb but feel like I have been slipping back into old habits and not keeping track of things properly. I have 2 conferences to attend in the next 2 weeks, so free food and wine galore, it's gonna take a lot of willpower to get back on track!

Well done - still losing is a great thing when you know there are bumps in the road.
Hope you can both plan well and move forwards.

Thanks lovely people! Elen, I know how you feel but I'm just thinking that I've still lost, so I have changed some of my habits in only a few weeks. Also, at least we are both concerned about slipping back into them so things are changing for the better! Just think - if we lost on a bad week, how much could we achieve back on the wagon! Good luck for your events - will you still have access to the Internet? Try to plan as much as possible in advance so you still feel in control, and you will be fine!

Well done on losing a lb Elen. Don't forget to use flexible syns for days when you've got something on. You could always count syns weekly if that helps. Good luck.

Well, despite a challenging week of conference food and alcohol, I have lost 2 lb and earned my 1 st award!
