Hooray!!
Managed to lose 2 1/2 lbs today, finally feel like I'm focussed and ready again. One of the women weighed today and put 4lb on (she is a target member) she said it was because she had drank a large amount of fluids today. I just wondered whether that would affect it? I can drink 6-7 pints of water a day and don't slow down on weigh in day. Do people drink a little less on weigh in day?
