I put a lb on this week, but I'm okay with that as it's been a tough week and I've eaten terribly. Wasn't going to weigh myself at all but then felt like I was really cheating. OH had major surgery on his hip on Wednesday and we've been housebound and surrounded by chocolates, mince pies and crisps. I feel quite bloated so half expect some of it is that :P Back on it this week now I'm back in work and life feels a little more normal. Plus I'm walking the dog everyday now that OH is on crutches

Good luck today everyone!
I'm expecting a gain, but I know why and can only blame myself.

Well done on the stay the same Cazza - you'll see a good loss next week if you hold strong - sometimes our bodies just need a bit of time.

You are all doing fantastically!
I've not been here for a while, but have been sticking to Slimming World and lost 2.5lb this week which brings me to a total weight loss of 3st 12.5lb. I'm really chuffed with that, especially as I'm unable to exercise due to a chronic illness, so it's all been done through diet. It just goes to show that not being able to exercise is no reason for not being able to lose weight, which was the excuse that I used for a very long time.

Well done everyone!
Nice to hear from you thistle! I used to use the lack of exercise as an excuse too. I bet you're looking very slinky
