Yay! Well done! What was that about hoping you didn't have a gain?

It could be that your habits have changed now, so what feels like a bad week, is actually a million times better than what you were doing before starting slimming world

I know exactly where it all went wrong, I've been a member of SW for 5 years... I've been at target once and it took me just over 18 months to put it all back on. My habits weren't that bad in those 18 months, I'd just stopped eating so much Speed food. I wasn't having enough of the right foods to balance out the 'naughtier' things. I didn't fall back into old habits (getting takeaways every weekend (at least once), drinking high synned alcoholic drinks like WKD, 2 bars of chocolate and a bag of crisps everyday, and the rest!)
I've stayed away from the worst of everything, and I've been making the right meal choices, it was just 'the little things' that eventually lead to me putting the weight back on. That and stopping the exercise. I'm dying to get back to the gym once I have the energy!

Strangely enough for me, around the time I joined the gym was the time i stopped losing weight. Then I put a stone back on because I stopped going to meetings - originally i lost weight with weight watchers

Starting to exercise regularly when you haven't done any (or very little) does slow down the weight losses. It's a build up of fluid in the muscles so it 'adds' a little extra weight at first, but usually settles down after 3-4 weeks.
But that's why I'm holding off going to the gym just yet. Once I feel comfortable enough to go run my little socks off on the treadmill (well, jog... kind off lol) I'll get back to it, because I did really love going, I'm just not comfortable yet.

14 stone 10lb I'm not sure if that is a fluke as I was still 14stone 13lb yesterday. Will weigh again tomorrow just to make sure
