So last night i got my weigh in and i was extremely surprised to loose 1.5 pounds.
I have a bit of an issue that i weigh myself constantly, I'm totally obsessed with it.
So yesterday morning i weighed myself and was very down as i thought i had put on a pound, my scales are usually a pound heavier than my class. So on the weigh to work i was having a right go at myself and was actually really down about it as i had been on the plan 100%.
So last night i decided i was going to go cold turkey and have a full week, well try, of not weighing myself. So i managed it this morning, i didn't weigh myself as soon as i got up and had been to the bathroom.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Solution: throw away those scales. They're not helping you at all. That's what I did, and now I weigh myself at Boots every Monday morning, wearing exactly the same outfit. Much more accurate readings that way, and your weight can fluctuate throughout the week for MANY different reasons.
Congratulations on the loss!

Well last night i got 3 pounds off, i have no idea how i got this, this was a big loss for me as i average about 1.5 pound, the last time i got as big a loss was my second week of joining, so pleased as it was my little boys birthday at the weekend and i eat so much, must have been extra good the rest of the week

Well really disappointed last night as i got a maintain, was 100% on plan, i only have 2.5 lb left to get off and this is proving difficult. My consultant asked me if i wanted to go back to my first target (10 stone) but i said no i really want to get to 9lb 7oz, so she looked at my diary and said okay a week of SP try that and see how we go, so i need to sit and ready my books again as its been a while since I've done this, so if anyone's got any food ideas they would be very much appreciated.
My Consultant is leaving next week and would be really good if i got to target at her last weigh in
Thanks
Amanda

You can absolutely do this! A week of SP sounds like just the ticket. Did she give you an SAS log as well, just in case?
