Amazing! well done! How do you do it? I joined SW a week ago.
I am a Tuesday weigh in also, Although went along to second meeting yesterday feeling positive and the meeting was cancelled. I had so many questions etc, that is the main reason I joined this forum. Any help appreciated xxx

Chamer, that's awful! No notice of cancellation either?? How strange!
If you have lots of questions, feel free to ask away in the SW pages - there are lots of threads already there, so you may find something useful that's already been posted, but don't be afraid to create a new thread if you can't find an answer
Good luck this week!

7.05lb off this week so chuffed with myself
Highlights - Monday (20th) Was going to the cinema with my mum she picked me up at 11:30 (film was 12:20ish) so we went to Tesco to get something to take with us. I got myself a paper, mango with grapes, pineapple and 2x500ml diet coke, then I went to meet my Nan to watch the football and had the chicken and bacon salad at the pub with no beer only diet coke

glad to see everyone back and doing so well! It's been a whilst since I've posted myself.
I weighed in on Tuesday and lost 3lbs getting my 3 and a half stone award at 3st9lbs lost since 9th Feb! So happy, I am now 13lbs from target.

So England didn't do well last night, but I have did though losing 5lbs, got my 1/2st award and slimmer of the week (which means Roy Hodgson hasn't got the trophy he wanted, but I did) get in there. I've got a meal out for a staff who's leaving for a new job tomorrow at the Carvery where the Tuesday meeting takes place, then I've got a BBQ (weather permitting) which will be Slimming World friendly as my cusion and my aunt go to another Slimming World meeting in Stockport then I've got a buffet on on the same day for a friend of mine who use to go to County. So hopefully get another few off next week

Wow well done losers ! Great awards but especially 3.5 stone since February!
I weighed, gained 1lb but that has me half a lb over my 'target' so it's working having a target. BUT I am still tempted to get my head in the game and lose more. I need too as still have clothes to shrink into etc.
Anyhow am going to try and read my book this week, log my foods and trim out naughties a bit more hopefully.
