Hey Tuesday Peeps How you all gone this week? Hope you got on well.
I lost another 2.5lb so that brings me to 8lb in 2 weeks, and my 7lb award Really thrilled I knew it would slow down but I'm glad also as week 2 worried me (Been watching too much biggest loser in my life). lol
Looking forward to week three.

Well done you PJ!
I've not lost pounds this week but pints. 8 pints to be exact. In hospital having transfusions and trying to find out what happened this time. Not a diet I recommend.

Oh goodness! Milly that sounds worrying. I don't know the background but as a blood donor I am glad you've received the transfusions and thinking of you.
Thanks for the congrats really appreciated.

Well done, PurpleJ...congrats on your award too x x x
Milly...sorry you're not having a good time of it. Hope you are on the mend soon. Concentrate on your health....your focus on SW can come again when you're feeling better x x x
Well, I managed to lose half a pound this week. Quite happy with that really, as I had a bigger loss last week, so usually follow those with a small loss. I was also out at a wedding this weekend, which involved a bit of alcohol, so all good.

Your loss is SO amazing Looby . Well done on your loss this week too I am going to need to draw on your outlook when things slow down even more for me, which they will no doubt do. I'm trying to remember that I need to look at a monthly loss rather than just weekly.
Thanks for the congrats so happy to have had a good start.

Well done Spoony Moose! Another member with inspirational losses! Hope you all have a great week.
I avoided a 'treat' pudding last night so stuck to plan with a completely free dinner, and the scale at home moved this morning (I weigh daily at home to give myself a daily injection of motivation).

Well done everyone, you're all doing fantastically well.
PurpleJ, I'm another Biggest Loser fan so I know exactly what you mean about the dreaded week 2 weigh-in. I used to watch it all the time while eating bars of chocolate, now it's an apple.
Oh Milly, that sounds awful! Hope you are feeling better soon.
