Sorry for not replying guys! I'm not even busy with uni stuff, but I have a much better social life at the moment so am busy with that! Thanks for all the lovely messages, and well done on these great losses!

But for this week, it's a 0.5lb gain. Again though, that's completely fine. I overate some days, other days I don't think I've eaten big portions, more that it's just the wrong foods, which is the better of the two if there is one!
I know I'm not even following Slimming World as such at the moment, but I still try and apply the principles of free food when I can, and choose sweetener/sugar free options when I can (though the Starbucks here don't seem to do sugar free flavoured syrups :O ). I also post here now and again as if I type what's going on, it reinforces the idea that I'm still watching my weight.
