1 small gammon/pork joint
1 onion chopped
2 peppers chopped
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tins baked beans
6 tbsp tomato puree
1 red chilli finely chopped or chilli flakes
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker for 6 hours on low
Separate the pork with forks before serving.
