Syn Free Biriyani Recipe - Slimming World
300g cooked basmati rice
4 diced chicken breasts
800ml chicken stock
1 large onion diced
2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Fry light
- Fry the onion using the fry light until soft.
- Add chicken, all the spices including salt & pepper until chicken is browned
- Add the rice to the pan & fry for 2 minutes
- Add the stock simmering for 10-15 minutes until rice is soft
- Serve
