I love this fruit salad and it's very simple to make. Cut up any kind of fruit you like. I usually use apples, grapes, banana, pineapple, peaches, pears and mandarin oranges. Mix with Cool Whip lite or a similar low cal whip cream.
That sounds like a good combination. I hardly ever mix grapes with anything so I'll give it a try. I'll make a serving large enough to take as my lunch.
That really does sound delicious. I'm much more likely to eat a good amount of fruit if the fruits are mixed and have something extra to add interest. I like the idea of the Cool Whip!
