Raw sesame salad with oven cooked spiced chicken

150g red cabbage (sliced finely)
150g mangetout (cut half)
250g carrot (I spiralise it)

2tbsp fresh lime juice
3tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp light soy sauce or tamari
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tsp shichimi togarashi spice (picture in comments)
2 tbsp sesame seeds (dry fried to slightly brown and cooled slightly
Serve topped with spring onions and pecans
This suited me on a low carb day with the fats (oil).
