Picture it looks quite dull but it was nice not to mention healthy filled!
Coconut oil/nut oil
2 handfuls of kale
3 eggs
40g mozzarella
Chilli flakes
Cook kale in 1/2 spoon of oil of choice 3-4 minutes
Add eggs and whisk straight away
Add chilli an mozzarella straight after whisking up eggs
keep on low heat and using whist until cooked
Serve
