Ingredients
1/4 cup crunchy organic natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
2 cups flaxseed
3-4 scoops whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
*I used 3 in this recipe
1/4 almond milk
Bowl 1
- Melt peanut butter and coconut oil
- Mix cocoa, vanilla essence and water together (I use my rapido/bullet)
- Add chocolate mix to melted peanut butter and coconut oil
Bowl 2
- Combine Flaxseed, whey protein and milk together
- Add to bowl one
- Combine

- Level mixture into a preferred lined dish and set in the freezer for about an hour.
- Cut into 12 or 24 pieces
- Add some crushed peanuts to the top
Notes:
This isn't very sweet, if you wish to add honey or agave nectar you could either add a blob to the top of you fudge or add 1-2tbsp to the mixture.
