I love making this and best of all it doesn't come with the YUK heavy feeling a Chinese takeaway comes with
Chicken - cut to preference
Mushrooms - I cut mine into 4 or you can slice
Onion - chopped finely
Eggs
Soy sauce
Rice
Curry
Quantity depends on preference and how many are eating.
I buy the mayflower curry powder from B&M, £1.
- Cook rice and cool, I find it sticks if I add it to pan hot
- Cook chicken, mushrooms and onion. Move it all over to one side if the pan and add whisked up eggs until cooked and broken up
- Mix everything up together in pan Add 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- Add rice.
- Keep stirring until the rice is hot Serve with curry sauce!
