I was doing superman type things with the girls on my feet earlier, does that count as a full body work out?! I need to up my water too, bought a bottle for work and hardly drank any of it!
Aiming to keep as steady as possible and eat abit better which I've managed so far today But Af has landed :/ So don't think the scales will be in a agreeance. Never got on my bike yesterday so maybe that's something I can start today x
