Starting tomorrow. Scared, nervous but also excited at the same time.
48, been a rubbish year so far but don't intend to finish it off rubbish too soon a tackle my weight once and for all.

all went a bit boobs up cause mil had a stroke. starting tomorrow.
no its not prescribed by a dr, you go to a chemist or in my case ive purchased off the internet via chemist cause its easier for me at the moment.

its not prescribed by MY Dr lol. mother in law dont have any aunts and unfortunately no, shes not x
its three shakes a day and lots of water thats it.
