I did Slim Fast about 10 or 12 years ago. I think I did it for about 3 or 4 months and I would have a shake for breakfast in the mornings, then eat at lunch and dinner. That's not really how the plan goes, though, as you're supposed to have Slim Fast stuff for breakfast AND lunch and then just eat "real" food at dinner. I still lost weight though, it just came off slower than they advertise. (Plus I was also working out everyday.)
