You sound like me, I adjust various advice and ways to suit what I’m doing. I like high fat but I won’t go too low in carbs although I ‘watch’ them.

also and feeling slight changes. I definitely bloat with various food types and recently I’ve experienced dairy possibly being one. Keeping an eye because I don’t have much dairy anyway after my detox a couple of years ago I’m fussy about it and can’t have milk in coffee but can in latte and can’t have cereal or oats with milk!
