Using spray vitamins seems interesting especially for those who don't want to swallow like me

Yes, I just discovered that you can get these spray vitamins. Absolutely brilliant!
I bought some magnesium in spray form on the recommendation of a friend. However, this is different to the oral sprays listed above -- this one, for whatever reason, must be sprayed on the skin of your arms!
Personally I don't know whether it works or not, I could only find two studies looking at the effects of magnesium absorbtion through the skin -- one said it works, the other one said it doesn't!
So I'll be sticking with the oral ones in future just to be sure

Oh, I use vitamin C every day, calcium + magnesia capsules, and Super Cleaner.
Well, I don’t know, maybe I’ve gotten used to drinking them to maintain health, but for example in the village, I also lose the desire to drink them.
There are so many vitamins!

These look super handy and easier to fit into my bag so I can take them whenever I remember. Think they are definitely on order on payday.
