I got on my cross-trainer last night!
I quite enjoyed it I think I'll move this in time for the summer. Those who do this at the gym, how long do you do on it? How many km? X

Ooo I used to love the cross trainer! It's really good for you too, well as long as you do the arms which I could never be bothered to lol!

It's not one of my fave's but it's great for a quick workout as it really can work you hard x

I only do 15mins at most on xtrainer, I do like it but I'm not best friends with cardio anyway lol.
It really is good as an all rounder tho
