Ohhhhh the normal packets? I was thinking of those sachets! I'm just about to tuck into some brown rice now - takes 1/2 hour to cook, the poor kids are starving!
I think brown rice is the best rice as it has a lower gi so you don't get the same blood sugar crash that you'll get with white carbs.
I eat brown rice quite often and it's got a bit of a nutty texture, I quite like it
