I am over the bloody moon today! I got a Fitbit a couple of weeks ago and have massively increased my steps. The weekend was a nightmare for food and drink, but was still more active.
I’ve lost 2lb this week, so a total of 5lb in 2 weeks
I’ve not been able to get below today’s weight in the last year, so looking forward to hopefully breaking the barrier next week!
