What is your biggest obstacle when dieting? Maybe obstacles you se/e others experiencing you have overcome and can share what worked for you
My biggest obstacle losing weight is work ... food options are rubbish. I work 2 on 4 ofof, I try and bring some food in but it can be time consuming when I want to enjoy my full days off not prep for days on. Then sometimes when I do it’s take away night or I cave to the bacon sandwich. Then other times I just want cards nd chocolate both for 2 different reasons. Haha!
What about you? What are your obstacles when losing weight?
Oh time is another while not dieting exercise helps lose weight and my free time sucks right now and when I have it I’m too blooming tired!
